FF14 ps4 disc question

For those who bought the retail copy of the game. Does the disc install the full 30+ gb of the game on your ps4 or does it just unlock the download like how it was in the ps3 copy and we still had to download the client? Im going to chance my ps4 hard drive an dont want to redownload the whole thing again. Since i already have the ff14 game on my psn account, im thinking of finding a ps4 copy and use that for the install. I dont think it will ask me to put in the disc when i play since i technically already have the digital copy. Trying to lower the amount of things i have to redownload since thats a total of 120+gb of games and updates.

I think the disk has the original build of the game, so you can install from it, but as soon as you connect, it will roll through all the downloads anyway since the entire game - more or less - has been updated.
