It's because she's not playing, I think one of the deleted avatars in our linkshell is that one.

i havent manually deleted my chars, but i also havent started the full game. never recieved an EA code and didnt play yet either...

Hina and I were thinking that this might be the way the game is displaying beta phase 4 characters and that the two we see are actually Rhaps and Berf. When they reactivate their service with a subscription, their character should re-appear.
